From design to finished team card in four steps

Set the design once – after that, every new card only needs the personal details.

  1. Set the design

    Redeem your own card design with a code or pick a template, and adopt it as the team standard.

  2. Add employees

    Per person, first name, last name, phone, email, position and profile photo are enough. Company, logo and website come from the team standard.

  3. The card is ready

    The card appears in your corporate design – with its own link and QR code.

  4. Wallet and signature

    Save it as a pass in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and use it as an email signature with a QR code.

Wallet roll-out for every employee

Every card can be saved as a pass in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet – on the Teams plan for every employee. It can also be shared by QR code, link or NFC tag.

06Enterprise

Joiners and leavers: SSO and SCIM on Enterprise

On the Enterprise plan, employees sign in with SAML 2.0 or OIDC. SCIM 2.0 creates and updates accounts from Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or JumpCloud automatically. When someone is deactivated in the directory, SCIM locks the account and takes that person's cards offline – including centrally created cards with their email address.

Privacy: servers in Vienna, GDPR-compliant

The application and database run in a data centre in Vienna, uploads are kept in object storage in Vienna, and backups stay in the EU. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is available on request.

Email signature from the card – with a QR code

Every card can become an email signature: with name, position, contact details, logo and a QR code that leads to the card. You set it up by copying it, with guides for common email programs.
